Family Crest Ring

I came across this website while looking for something that would have some history about my last name. I then saw a monster of a ring that had the Borden name on it. I got in contact with Steve, and we began to build my own ring.

From the very first time that I spoke with Steve on the phone, I felt a sense of trust and ease with him. His invaluable insight helped me create the ring that I now have. I wasn't sure of what I could do or what could possibly be done with the ring, but the more I spoke with Steve, the more I felt confident in his ability to deliver the type of ring that I had imagined (The McKeon Ring).

I also really liked the fact that he never mis-represented the cost, or the time it would take from beginning to delivery. When I got the ring I was overwhelmed by what it really looked like in person!!! It was huge!!! It marvels any Super Bowl ring out there.

Whenever I wear this ring, I usually have at least a half a dozen people ask me where I got it and how it was made. Do not buy this ring if you can't handle the attention that will surely come your way.

I have had very few relationships over the phone that has produced the kind of service and attention that I received from Steve and HistoricalNames.com. Doing business over the phone with someone you don't even know, let alone trust, is a scary thing in this world today. AMAZING Customer Service

Being a self-employed mother of 4 and a wife, of course time slipped up on me to order a signet ring for my step-son's college graduation.

I called Historical Names today and spoke with Stephen who was nothing short of an angel!!!

Stephen walked me through the whole ordering process and did not pressure me into purchasing anything I did not want/need. I feel the need to repeat this so I am...NO PRESSURE TO PURCHASE ANY EXTRA "FLUFF".

I bought 3 family crest rings in time for our anniversary. Our rings are more than I expected, they are beautiful.

The double shield design was perfect for our anniversary, not to feminine and not to masculine,very elegant. Our rings will eventually go to our two sons,however I bought a family ring for our only daughter it matches mine and my husband's. It was important that our daughter have a ring of her own.

Since we are Sicilian, having our coat-of-arms in a standard database is practically an impossibility. I searched through every site I could find that did custom work with family rings. So, HistoricalNames.com... I wanted to order a Coat of Arms ring.

First of all, by living outside the States,I had some kind of "fear" buying jewel on the net. But finally, I contacted them after an advanced search. And, frankly, from the beginning, they gave me a sense of trust. I was really amazed by the customer service. Mr. Stephen also called me with international phone calls to take care of my choices, and all the explanations, and helped me in every step. He even sent me "a quick courtesy email to give me an update". He really shows me the reliability of his company. And everything was on schedule.

Worth waiting for!!! 110%!! It took 3-weeks to receive my family crest ring and the quality is superb. The detail in the crest is amazing and weight of the ring is perfect. Just exactly what I wanted. Initially I was somewhat apprehensive spending $1100.00 on-line but Steven was great. He delivered a product on time exactly as he described. Class act!! Well Steve, I have called you a champ in the many emails we have had thus far, and I have no problem writing it up here again :)

Steve is a top bloke, very easy to deal with and you can tell he is very passionate about what he does. He has gone out of his way to call when it suites me (had to work out the time difference for aus) and responded timely to the many inquistive emails i have sent.

This review is for the marriage coat of arms with the veronese frame- very impressive. I am glad i spent a little extra on the frame because it really makes the whole thing stand out and look 'old and distiguished' (it was also really well packed as it survived the trip from the usa to aus- something i was worried about). So impressed am I with Steve and his work, that i now have a custom ring, a framed embrodiery, 5 steins, 5 wine glasses and 2 champagne flutes in production for family and friends. Im sure they are going to make excellent christmas presents.

After talking with the associates at Historical Names, I have to say. I am impressed. Not only were they helpful, but they gave me honest and straight-forward answers regarding my coat of arms I ordered from them.

I originally ordered from 4crests what at the time they told me was a copy of my family crest. As it turns out they simply sent me something they attached my last name to.

I decided to investigate into the crest they sent me. And after looking into it, I discovered it was nothing like what my grandfather described as my family crest.
